That is the only means to leave the func-
tion.
If no modifications to values are con-
firmed, exiting the function corresponds to
cancelling the request.
consulting logged (time-
stamped) events
When the PAST EVENTS command is
selected, the system displays a screen
indicating the last event logged. Log
screens are very similar to those dis-
played for current events. However, log
screens include a line indicating the corre-
sponding date and time with the mention
"Appearance of" or "Disappearance of",
followed by the standard text for the event
(see example opposite). Consult the user
manual for indications on the meaning of
events.
The complete log may comprise up to 500
events. If over 500 events have occurred,
only the last 500 may be consulted:

that occurred just before the displayed
event. If the displayed event is the oldest
in the list, the display is not modified;

that occurred just after the displayed
event. If the displayed event is the most
recent in the list, the display is not modi-
fied.

total backup time (h): this is the total
time of operation on battery power since
initial startup of the UPS. It is expressed in
hours;
■
total time on static switch (h): this is
the total time of operation on the static
switch since initial startup of the UPS. It is
expressed in hours;
■
total time on UPS (d): this is the total
time that the load has been supplied by
the UPS since initial startup. It is
expressed in days;
