We accept a guaranty for this product
according to the legal regulations.
Apart from this we warrant:

for frame.

2 years
on the electronic and ve-
hicle parts.

1 year
on batteries.
We reserve the right to make techni-
cal improvements.
In the case that you find fault in this
product or parts thereof, return the
following guaranty slip under state-
ment of the reasons for your com-
plaint.
Do not forget to include the request-
ed information regarding model de-
scription, delivery note number with
date of delivery, vehicle identification
number (Fz-I-Nr.) and your retailer.
The vehicle identification number (Fz-
I-Nr.) is indicated on the type plate.
Pre-condition in any case is the intend-
ed use of the product, the use of orig-
inal spare parts by authorised dealers
as well as maintenance and inspec-
tions in regular intervals.
Guaranty is not granted for surface
damages, tyres of the wheels, damag-
es due to loosened screws or nuts as
well as worn out attachment holes
due to frequent assembly work.
Furthermore, damages to the product
caused by improper cleaning using
steam cleaning equipment or the de-
liberate or accidental flooding of the
components are also excluded.
Attention:
Failure to observe the instructions
in the operating manual, improp-
erly carried out maintenance work
and, especially, technical changes
and additions (add-ons) carried out
without our prior consent will lead
to a general loss of guarantee and
product liability.
