2. Place it near your Metz moover. Pull the steer-
ing column

foward/up until the front wheel

is positioned firmly on the ground and the
folding joint is closed.

3. Pull the clamping lever

forward without ap-
plying much force until just before its end po-
sition. Pull the safety devices forward toward
the front wheel and move the clamping lever
into its end position. After releasing the safety
device, perform a check to see whether it is in
the correct position.
Make sure the fixation of the clamp-
ing lever in the closing mechanism is
secure and free of clearance. Lack of
fastening tension can result in severe falls
and accidents.
4. Open the quick clamp. If the moover was fold-
ed in the small position, turn the handlebar to
the drive position.
5. Slightly pull out of the handlebar.
The steering column must snap into
place in a stop position to drive safely.
6. Adjust the handlebar to a position that you
find safe and comfortable. See page 8.
7. Close the quick clamp again.
