Direction of the antenna
You must connect the LNB cable to LNB before directing the
antenna.
Caution!
While connecting the LNB cable, the receiver must not be
connected to the mains supply.
Ö
Fasten the F-connector onto the connection of LNB on which
the sealed socket is located.
Ö
Insert the sealed socket into the LNB connection. The sealing
lip of the socket must be engaged with the connection; only then
is the connection protected from humidity.
Ö
After installation, direct the antenna towards the satellite
through which you would like to receive signals. Use the
satellite locator compass for this purpose. Proceed as described
in the operating manual of your satellite system.
L
For fine adjustment of the antenna, please proceed as
described in the operating manual of your satellite system.
During the fine adjustment of the antenna, the acoustic
signal indication can also help you. However, it can only be
activated when running a manual scan.
Here, a high tone indicates a good antenna direction, while
a low tone indicates a bad antenna direction.
