10. LASER APPENDIX
The IS1000 is a class 2 laser reader.
It is a low power laser. Eye protection is normally afforded by aversion responses.
10.1. Safety
The laser reader is designed so that there can be no human access to harmful levels of
laser during normal operation, user maintenance, or during prescribed service operations.
