Cooking according to temperature:
To manually
set the temperature, press the temperature button
. The operating light of the On/Standby button
and temperature indicating light
are continuously
on. The default temperature 120°C is shown on the
display. You can now adjust the temperature from
60°C to 240°C in 5°C steps with the and
button, or directly chose the minimum or maximum
temperature with the
and
button. The
appliance starts operating immediately.
Cooking using the timer (optional):
After choosing
a
power level
or
temperature
, press the timer
button
. The timer indicator light
flashes and
the display shows 0.0. You can now adjust the timer
from 0.5 min. to 180 min. in 0.5 min. steps with the
and button.
Once the timer is set, the display switches back to
the previous setting (power level or temperature).
The appliance stops operating after the set time has
passed. An acoustic signal sounds and the appliance
goes back into standby mode.
Note:
You can readjust the timer during operation
by pressing the timer button
and then the or
button. The set power level or temperature will
not be impacted. They can also be readjusted during
operation without impacting the timer.
4. After use
Cleaning
• Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and let it
cool down completely.
• Do not clean the appliance with steel wool, strong
chemicals, alkali, abrasive or disinfecting agents
as they may damage its surface.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water or other
liquids to clean it. Make sure that no water enters
the appliance while cleaning it. Do not clean the
appliance with a water jet.
• After each use, clean the body, control panel and
cooktop with a soft damp cloth and, if necessary,
a little mild detergent. Wipe with a dry and soft
cloth.
• Remove baked-in residue from the cooktop with a
glass scraper suitable for induction hotplates.
3. Do not operate any appliance
with a damaged power
cord or plug, when the
appliance malfunctions or has
been damaged in any manner.
4. Protect the power cord against
damages. Do not let it hang
over sharp edges, do not
squeeze or bend it. Keep
the power cord away from
hot surfaces and ensure that
nobody can trip over it.
5. Do not insert fingers or foreign
objects in any opening of the
appliance and do not obstruct
the air vents.
6. Protect the appliance against
heat. Do not place close to
heat sources such as stoves
or heating appliances.
3. Operation
After connecting the appliance with the
electrical outlet, the appliance is in standby mode.
Press the On/Standby button to turn the appliance
on. The operating light of the On/Standby button
, the power level indicator light
and the
temperature indicator light
flash and an acoustic
signal sounds.
Note:
If no further button is pressed after the On/
Standby button , the appliance switches back into
standby mode after 30 seconds.
You now have three options:
Cooking with power levels:
To cook using the pre-
set power levels, press the power level button
.
The operating light of the On/Standby button and
the power level indicator light
are continuously
on. The default power level 5 is shown on the display.
You can now adjust the power level with the
and button, or directly chose the minimum or
maximum power level with the
and
button.
The appliance starts operating immediately.
