Alarm Machine status Solution
(AL14) Condenser clean-
ing Machine continues to work It is advisable to clean the condenser or air
filter, or in water-cooled versions, check whether
the water supply is sufficient or too hot
(AL15) Probe reversal Machine stops Check probe wiring on board, exchange or
replace if necessary
(AL16) IR probe faulty Machine stops Check probe-board connection, check probe
integrity, replace probe - By checking before-
hand that there is space in the bin, 30 consecu-
tive minutes of ice production can be started by
pressing the button.
(AL17) Evaporator High
T. Machine stops Check position and insulation of evaporator
probe, check for gas leaks, check cleanliness of
condenser and operation of fan, in water-cooled
versions, check water supply and water temper-
ature.
(AL18) Evaporator Low
T. Machine stops Check water supply, check for gas leaks, check
evaporator probe positioning.
(AL19) Screw 1 motor
thermal alarm Machine stopped Check screw thermal wiring (contact CN13),
check whether the motor is running, check for
any ice blocks preventing rotation and defrost
them if necessary, if the cooled motor is still
blocked, dismantle the evaporator assembly to
search for the cause of the blockage.
(AL20) Screw 2 motor
thermal alarm Machine stopped Check screw thermal wiring (contact CN10),
check whether the motor is running, check for
any ice blocks preventing rotation and defrost
them if necessary, if the cooled motor is still
blocked, dismantle the evaporator assembly to
search for the cause of the blockage.
(AL21) Hall 1 effect Sen -
sor alarm
Machine stopped Check screw 1 wiring and direction of rotation,
check position of hall effect sensor and its con -
nection to the power board
(AL22) Hall 2 effect Sen -
sor alarm
Machine stopped Check screw 2 wiring and direction of rotation,
check position of hall effect sensor and its con -
nection to the power board
