INSTRUCTIONS TO RESTORE I-BMDPL IN FUNCTIONNAL STATE
1. If not already done, reinstall the #4 chains around the shaft assembly (1)
2. Put back in place the shaft assembly (2)
3. Reinstall the three lateral plates and the brake assembly**
4. Reinstall crank assembly with 22 thoot sprocket and #5 chain. Don’t forget the key
5. Reinstall cover
6. Put back in place all bolts and nuts
** it is possible that the lateral plates are difficult to install because of the chain tension. If so, loosen the bolt
linked to the long nut to reduce chain tension. Once the plates are reinstalled, tighten the bolt to restore
tension in the #1 chain.
