MAINTENANCE
Spark arrestor inspection and
cleaning.
1. Locate and remove screws (1)
attaching spark arrestor cap (2) to spark
arrestor.
2. Remove spark arrestor cap (2)
3. Locate and remove spark arrestor
screen assembly (3)
4. Inspect spark arrestor screen for
damage. Replace screen if necessary.
5. Clean carbon deposits from screen
by tapping assembly gently on a hard
surface.
6. Use compressed air to remove any
remaining carbon deposits.
