Conditions for initiating the complaint repair procedure:
1. Confirmation by the point of sale of payment for the advertised product is the basis for starting the
complaint procedure.
2. The warranty card is the only basis for the free of charge execution of the repair.
3. The claimant is obliged to reimburse the costs incurred by the company METAL FACH Jacek Kucharewicz
in the case of unjustified calling of the service team or failure to meet points 1 or 2 (each commenced
hour of the service technician's work 70 PLN net, travel 1 PLN net /km in both directions).
4. The legible signature of the applicant confirms the acquaintance with the basic conditions of the
complaint procedure.
