The appliance components are damaged by incorrect voltage applied by the user. In the case of the
device being powered directly or indirectly by power generators, systems or UPS devices, the User shall
consult the parameters of the power supply devices with the manufacturer;
4.
Unit defects caused by a defective heating system connected to the unit;
5.
Overheating of the boiler by the User;
6.
The user connects the boiler to a closed system without an appropriate cooling device;
7.
Use of inappropriate, bad quality fuel by the User;
8.
Unauthorized modifications to the appliance made by the User.
Complaint procedure:
1.
If the unit is found to be working incorrectly, make sure that everything has been done in accordance
with the Technical and Operating Documentation before making a claim.
2.
The user should immediately report the need to repair the device under warranty, preferably within 7
days from the date of noticing the defect. The report can be made directly to the Seller or to the
Guarantor (www.metalfachtg.pl/zglos-problem-online or in48 85 711 94 56).
3.
The user is advised to refrain from using the faulty device.
4.
The user is obliged to ensure free access to the device (in particular, to remove the housing of the
device, access to the valves).
5.
Repairs under the guarantee will be performed by the Guarantor or a specialist company indicated by
the Guarantor.
6.
The obligations under the guarantee will be performed within 14 working days, counting from the day
the User makes the device available (at its place of installation).
7.
The date of making the device available is agreed with the Warrantor.
8.
Depending on the scope of repair, the repair may be performed at the User's place of installation of the
unit, or at the Guarantor's facility or by a specialist company performing activities on behalf of the
Guarantor.
9.
Repairs performed under the warranty must be confirmed in the warranty card.
10.
The warranty is extended by the time during which the user could not use the device due to a defect of
the device covered by the warranty.
11.
The warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the rights of the buyer resulting from the provisions of
the warranty for defects of the sold item.
