Regularly clean the filters placed in the chamber
ground, both of them, metal and cloth (G, F).
Remove the grill (Fig. 2) and clean with steam jet.

IMPORTANT: Clean the filters out of the box.
Working without the filters would damage the fan.
When necessary, replace the used filtres with new
ones. Always use
MESTRA original spare parts.

When you notice that aspiration is less powerful,
check the filter cleaning. There is a third filter near
the fan. If you need replace it, first remove the bck
cover and then, remove the fan. You will get access
to the filter. It is in a metar frame with two bolts.
Replace it with the spare filter supplied with the

Clean the outside of the unit regularly with a cloth
moistened in soapy water. Do not use solvers or other
famable product.

Use
only
original spare parts supplied by the
manufacturer.

To replace lamps, unscrew the holding knobs (Fig.
4).

PRECAUTIONS

Before connecting the unit to the power source, make
sure the voltage is correct (grounded 230 V, 50/60
Hz).

The cable may only be replaced by one with the same
characteristics as supplied by the manufacturer.

Attention: before using the machine, please
completely read this operating manual.

Keep this operating manual properly for future.

Do not use the machine for a different purpose than
especified in this guide.

Do not touch the unit or the power cord with wet
hands.

Before each use, check that the water level does not
reach the height of the visor (D).

Do not fill the chamber with water, or leave an open
hose inside.

Unplug the unit in case of storm and when you are
not going to use it for a long time.

Do not pull, twist or fold the power cord excessively.

Unpluge the unit before cleaning; do not wet
ellectrical parts, do not use chemical products to
clean it.

Do not hold the box by the diffuser frame. Due to the
weight of the machine, the diffuser may unstick. To
move the box, use the handle to lift.

Do not obstruct the ventilation grilles at the back of
the unit.

Remove any dirt or water remains from the cord
connection.

Unplug the unit immediately whenever you notice an
unusual noise, smell or smoke.

Do not install the unit near to heat sources.

Do not use the unit in damp rooms or near
inflammable materials (alcohol, solvents,…).

To prevent accidents, be cautious when using the
unit.
 Always keep the unit off when you don’t use it.

Do not allow children or non-qualified personnel
handling the unit.

Choose a flat and firm surface to place the unit, away
from heat or vibration sources.
