Software Licence Agreement 

 

IMPORTANT:

  Prior  to  opening  or  using  the  Software  package(s),  please 

read the licence agreement thoroughly. By opening the sealed package(s) or 
by  installing  this  software  you  acknowledge  that  you  have  read, understood 
and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 
 
1. 

SOFTWARE  LICENCE

.  This  Licence  agreement  grants  you  a  non-

exclusive  Licence  to  use  one  copy  of  the  programs  contained  in  the 
Software  package(s)  (the  Software)  on  a  single  computer.  In  this 
agreement  the  term  "use“  means  loading  the  software  into  RAM  or  any 
other  temporary  form  of  data storage,  as  well  as  installing  it  onto a  hard 
disk,  CD-ROM  or  any  other  permanent  storage  device.  Installing  the 
Software on a network server for the sole purpose of internal distribution 
is not considered "use“ of the Software; this requires an additional licence 
for every computer that the Software is distributed to. 

2. 

OWNERSHIP.

  The  Software,  including  all  pictures,  icons,  photographs, 

animation,  videos,  music  and  text  contained  in  it,  is  owned  by  SITA 
Messtechnik  GmbH  or  their  distributors  and  is  protected  under  copyright 
laws and other national laws as well as international treaty provisions. You 
must  treat  the  Software  as  you  would  any  other  copyrighted  material 
(such  as  a  book  or  music  recording)  except  that,  if  the  software  is  not 
copy  protected  you  may  (a)  make  one  copy  of  the  software  solely  for 
archival  and  backup  purposes  or  (b)    transfer  the  Software  to  one  hard 
disk  as  long  as  you  keep  the  original  for  archival  and  backup  purposes 
only. You may not make copies of any written material accompanying the 
Software. 

3. 

STORAGE  MEDIA.

  You  may  install  the  Software  on  disk  (floppy),  on  a 

hard  disk  or  in  the  ROM  of  your  computer.  If  the  Software  packages 
contains more than one kind of storage media then you may use only the 
disks  appropriate  for  your  single  designated  computer.  You may not use 
the other disks on another computer or loan, rent, lease or transfer them 
to  another  user  except  for  the  purpose  of  internal  distribution,  already 
mentioned in SOFTWARE LICENCE. 

4. 

FURTHER  RESTRICTIONS.

  You  may  not  allow  third  parties  to  use  the 

Software  by  time-sharing,  networking  or  any  other  form  of  multi-user 
participation. You may not rent, sell, lease, sub-licence, time-share or lend 
the  Software  to  a  third  party.  You  may  transfer  this  Licence  including  all 
accompanying SITA hardware and written material if you do not keep any 
copies and if the receiver agrees with the terms of this licence agreement. 
In case the Software was updated you need to transfer the newest update
