Pre-Start Inspection and Operation
Operating Instructions
Machine Start-up
To start the machine, the operator must:
1. Stand on the operator's platform (Item 1, Figure 3–7 ).

2. Rotate the ignition key switch to the HEAT position (1, Figure 3–8 ) for about 10 seconds.
3. Move the throttle lever (Item 1, Figure 3–9 ) to about half way between fast and idle engine
speeds.
