 Door Instructions

Step 13

Parts needed -             &             & 

 

Remove film from both sides of the door 

styrene before fitting the window bars.

Place one piece of  beading (

No. 26

)  

in the top groove and push into the top left

corner. Repeat with a second piece of short

beading and fit into the bottom right corner 

of the lower groove.  Place the Window Bar B 

(

No. 24

) onto the Window Bar A (

No. 23

). 

Fit the Window bars into the top and bottom 

groove by using a circular motion. The bar 

must be central.

Place the remaining beading (

No. 25

) into 

the grooves and secure using 30mm screws. 

You may want to place a piece of card on 

top of the styrene to help avoid any 

potential scratching.

Parts needed -              & 

 

Place the Wooden Door Handle 

(

No. 14

)

 

on the outside of door and use a 60mm 

screw from the inside to secure. Pre drill hole 

first to avoid splitting.

On the inside of the door opening fix the 

Ply Door Stop 

(

No. 15

)

 to the bottom left 

corner using 3x20mm screws.

Step 14

Parts needed -             & 

 

Position the door centrally to the door 

(No. 20)

 aperture ensuring any gap is 

equal on both sides.

Once you are happy the door is in the 

correct position place a Hinge 

(No. 17) 

at 

the top and bottom of the door, ensuring 

the screws will go into the framing (in 

cases where you have been supplied three 

hinges use the third in the middle of the 

door) and using 30mm black screws fix 

the hinge to the door and the door gable.
