Place the first Short Floor Board (
No.
14
) inside the building flush to the
log board on one side. Continue
adding the floor boards (
internally
)
making sure to interlock each
individual board. Repeat this with the
Long Floor Boards
(No. 15)
.
*Do
NOT
secure the boards until
the last board has been measured
and cut.
Following the same method outlined,
measure the gap between the
bottom of the tongue (
on the last
board placed
) and the log board.
Using a straight edge mark out the
measurement onto the last floor
board and cut along the length
removing the excess.
**Please note:
Mark the final board
2mm under the measurement; This
will allow the timber to expand and
contract freely.
Once all the floor boards are in
position secure each board into
position using 8x40mm screws.
***Please Note:
Ensure to screw
through each of the floor boards
into the floor bearers.

Attach the Fascia
Blocks (
No. 20
) to the front of
the building, ensuring the
blocks are flush to the eaves
frame.
*Tip: Use the front fascia as
guide to mark out the
position for the blocks.
Fix 3 x blocks on the outside
of the building as detailed in
the image.

On the sides of the building,
roughly measure the gap between
each purlin and cut 6 pieces out of
2 closure trims (
No. 27
).
Then fix to the underside of
the roof inbetween the purlins on
both sides of the building as shown
in the illustration. Secure the
framing into place using 2x40mm
screws, ensuring to screw down
through the roof into the frames.
*Please note: These sections of
framing are to help secure the
felt to your building.

the remaining Log Boards
(
No’s. 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11,12 & 26
)
onto the assembly to bring the
board level to the door frames.
*Ensure that the boards are
level and flush with each
other as you lay each one.
*Doors can be hung once the
boarding has enclosed the
door frame.
IMPORTANT:
Pre-drill before fixing screws.
