Take the ratchet out of the tire-change tool kit
and place it on the hexagon nut of the jack so
that the letters "AUF" are visible.

Position support 2 of jack 4 on jack sup-
port point 1 .
#
Turn ratchet 3 clockwise until support 2
sits completely on jack support point 1 and
the base of the jack lies evenly on the ground.
#
Turn ratchet 3 until the tire is raised a maxi-
mum of 1.2 in (3 cm) from the ground.

Loosen and remove the wheel (

When changing a wheel, avoid applying any force
to the brake discs, since this could impair the
level of comfort when braking.

wheel bolts

Do not place wheel bolts in sand or on a
dirty surface.
#
Unscrew the uppermost wheel bolt com-
pletely.
#
Screw alignment bolt 1 into the thread
instead of the wheel bolt.
#
Unscrew the remaining wheel bolts com-
pletely.
#
Remove the wheel.
