Introduction to CITAN, Model Series 415
l
In order to reach/maintain the set temperature, the
automatic system controls and monitors the following
functions:
1 Blower output
2 Air distribution
3 Activation/deactivation of air recirculation mode
4 Activation/deactivation of air conditioning
5 Temperature control
• Hot air duct to passenger compartment (SA for
MIXTO, standard for passenger van): The hot air
duct to the passenger compartment is an air shaft
on the vehicle floor running to the rear below the
front seats which outputs temperature-controlled
air behind the driver/front passenger seat into the
passenger compartment. The hot air duct thus
ensures that the temperature of the passenger
compartment can be controlled quickly and
comfortably through heating, cooling and fresh air
supply. The settings and the strength of the air feed
are controlled via the heater and blower system.
