5. Heart rate test
Grasp the metal plate of the heart rate sensor at the corresponding position with the left
and right palms. During the test, make sure that each palm touches the two metal plates
at the same time. After 3 to 4 seconds, the heart rate display window will display your
current heart rate in beats/minute. When a heartbeat signal is received during the
measurement, the heartbeat symbol "心形符号" flashes, and a simulated ECG appears.
During the test, signal interference may sometimes occur when the palm catches the
metal sheet, which makes the test deviation. Therefore, try to keep the palm relatively
still during the test and do not rub the metal sheet.
Monitoring your heart rate in this way is mainly helpful to determine your exercise
volume and cannot be used as a basis for disease treatment.
Remarks: For displayers equipped with wireless heart rate receiving devices, when both
hand-held heart rate measurement and wireless chest strap measurement are performed
simultaneously, the hand-held heart rate measurement will have priority.
Various test parameters
Speed KM/H(M/H):
RPM:

Calorie:
Calorie setting range:
Resistance LEVEL:
WATT (if this function
is available):
Heart rate PULSE:
Display the current movement speed, the range is 0.0~99.9KM/H(Mile/H).
Display the current revolutions per minute, the range is 0~999.
The accumulated elapsed time during exercise, the timing range is
0:00~99M59s.
Timing setting range: 5:00~99M00S. When the countdown time is set, the
running time of each segment of the load is evenly distributed. When the
countdown reaches o, the program stops running and an alarm sounds. The
countdown time is not set, and the load runs for 1 minute per segment.
Cumulative distance passed during exercise, range: 0.0~99.9~999KM (mile).
Distance setting range: 1.0~99.0~999, count down to 0, the program stops
running and an alarm sounds.
The accumulated calorie consumed during exercise, the range is 0.0~99.9~999.
Calorie setting range: 10.0~90.0~990, count down to 0, the program stops
running and an alarm sounds.
Displays the heart rate value monitored during exercise, ranging from 30 to 240
BPM.
Display the resistance position of the motor, ranging from 1 to 16 levels.
Displays the power during exercise.
Alarm prompt
1. The displayer displays ERROR1, which means that the connecting wire of the motor is in poor
contact or the motor is damaged.
2. The displayer displays ERROR2, which means that no induction signal was received during the fat
measurement.
