Troubleshooting

Problem

Possible Reasons and Solutions

No display when pressing ON.

Check  whether  the  batteries  are

positioned  correctly  or  change  to  new

batteries.

CH1/CH2  LEDs  keep  lighting

or flashing.

The contact from MEND Wellness

TM

 to

the skin may be lost. This is caused by
poor connection or dry skin.
There is a quick test. Put two gloves or
all the electrodes together. If CH1/CH2
LEDs  stop  flashing,  it  means  the
previous  problem  was  caused  by  dry
skin. You need to make the skin moist.
If CH1/CH2 LEDs continue flashing, it
means  there  is  a  disconnection.  You
need to check the connection from the
MEND Wellness

TM

 device to the wires,

gloves  and  skin.  Contact  your  health
care practitioner or MEND Technology
if the problem persists.

No sensation of current

This  is  normal  for  the  low  current

intensity.

Treatment is not effective.

Please

consult

your

health

care

practitioner.
