3.2 System Management
The system is managed using an internal shelf controller with the following main
functionality:

Signaling system status to the application software
- External voltage status
- Power supply failures
- Power supply voltage levels
- Temperature
- Fan speed and status

Fan control based on temperature

Forced system shutdown in case of
- abnormal temperature

System start delay if
- temperature too low
In normal operation you do not have to make any changes in the configuration.
3.2.1 Control Panel LEDs
The status of the MH70S is signalled using LEDs at the front of the system. The following
table shows the function and behavior of the LEDs.

 The shelf controller supervises the system.

The board management controller supervises the CPU board.
