Recording a conversation
You can record up to 10 minutes of conversation while you are using your phone.

Remote access away from home
You can operate your answering system from a remote location using any touch-tone
telephone. Use this function to check for recorded messages, to play or delete
messages, even to record a new greeting message.

Call your telephone number.

During the greeting message playbacks, press

and enter your PIN code.

The answering system announces the number of messages stored in memory.
You hear “To play incoming messages, press pound two. For help, press pound
zero”.
Notes
• A recorded conversation is treated as a typical message and will be added to the
stored messages.
• When recording a conversation, all handset keys, except
, are disabled. Stop
recording if you need to enable any other handset keys.
