Physical Hazards  

A) 

If the tray trolley is over 100 kg, use automatic transport systems for handling and unloading / 

unloading. (Optional) 

B) 

If the tray trolley is bent more than 10 °, there is a risk of collision. It is designed to automatically 

recover when shaken more than 10 °. 

C) 

Trays will not move unless the floor slope exceeds 10 °. If the floor slope exceeds this value, 

the trays must be fixed to the trolley. If this action is not taken by the manufacturer, it must be 

specified in the instruction manual. 

Solutions

Use automatic transport systems. ( Optional)

Use tray trolley with care. 

Fire Hazard  

A) 

There is a fire hazard when cooking flammable food such as food containing alcohol. 

Solutions   

Cooking of flammable foods such as alcohol-containing foods is prohibited.

Fire extinguishers should be installed in appropriate places according to the laws accepted in the 

country. 

Gas Accumulation Hazard 

It should be noted that there may be a malfunction in the unburned gas accumulation or smoke 

evacuation system over time. 

In case of a malfunction in the gas accumulation or smoke evacuation system, the burner 

automatically equipped with the system to stop the operation must be used in an area where the 

furnace has adequate ventilation conditions to operate properly. In any case, the oven must comply 

with local laws and regulations in force in the country of use.

GENERAL CLEANING 

Machine cleaning in accordance with applicable laws; this should be done according to the rules in 

this manual.

Manufacturer accepts no responsibility for problems caused by improper use or improper

Machine cleaning must be done safely (machine and personnel safety).
