Transport
If possible, use the original packag-
ing when dispatching.
1. Switch the device off and remove
the battery pack.
2. Use the transport protection if
possible.
3. Only carry the device by the han-
dle.
4. Protect the device from the heavy
impacts and vibrations that may
occur when transporting by car.
5. Protect the device to prevent it
from sliding or falling over.
14 – Disposal
CAUTION! Electrical and bat
tery operated units that no
longer work should not be dis
posed of in the house hold waste!
They are to be collected separate
ly, in accordance with the 2012/19/
EU directive for the disposal of
electrical and electronic waste,
and sent for
proper and
environ mentally
friendly
recycling.
Please discard power tools no
longer usable at a local collection
point. Collection and disposal of
packaging materials separately
by types complying with local
rules and regulations. For details,
please contact your municipal
authority concerned.
CAUTION! When it comes to
batterypowered or recharge
able electronic devices, the bat
tery/ rechargeable battery must
be removed and disposed off sep
arately in accordance with the rel
evant regulations. Batteries and
rechargeable batteries should not
be disposed off in the household
waster.
Batteries/rechargeable batteries
that can no longer be used should
be disposed of in the containers
made available for that purpose at
regional collection points or at the
battery retailer.
Batteries and rechargeables may
not be disposed of in the house
hold waste!
As the consumer, you are legally
obliged to return all batteries and
rechargeable batteries whether
they contain hazardous materials*
or not, to a collection point in
your community/town/
store so that they can
be disposed of in an
environmentally
friendly way.
