2.1. Installation
Schneiden Sie die Arbeitsfläche unter Einhaltung der in Abbildung 1 angegebenen Abmessungen aus.
Das Kochfeld sollte auf einer vollkommen ebenen Fläche aufgestellt werden, um die Gefahr von Glasbruch zu
vermeiden.
Falls Verstärkungsträger im Einsatzbereich vorhanden sind, sollten diese entfernt werden.
Führen Sie das Kochfeld in die Möbelöffnung ein, so dass dieses zentriert ist.
Um Einsickerungen zu verhindern, bringen Sie Abdichtungsmaterial (mitgeliefert) rund um das Kochfeld an und
achten Sie darauf, dass die Enden zusammenkommen, ohne sich zu überlappen (siehe Abbildung 2).
Verwenden Sie kein Silikon, um das Kochfeld abzudichten, da es dann unmöglich ist, dieses bei einer eventuellen
zukünftigen Wartung zu entfernen.
Befestigen Sie das Kochfeld mit den mitgelieferten Befestigungsringen.
Der Schraubenzug ist ausreichend, um das Kochfeld zu befestigen (siehe Abbildung 3).
Das Kochfeld muss in einem Mindestabstand von 50 mm von der Rückwand und von 100 mm von der seitlichen
Wand aufgestellt werden.
Falls ein Möbelstück auf die Arbeitsplatte gestellt wird, muss der Mindestabstand von der Platte 600 mm betragen.
Bei eventuellem Vorhandensein eines seitlichen Möbelstücks, das höher als das Kochfeld ist, muss der Mindestabstand
300 mm betragen.
Brennbare Materialien, wie beispielsweise Vorhänge, müssen einen Mindestabstand von 500 mm haben.
Falls das Kochfeld über einer Schublade eingebaut wird, muss eine Trennwand zwischen dem unteren Kochfeldteil
und der Schublade vorhanden sein, um einen möglichen Kontakt mit dem heißen Kochfeldboden zu vermeiden.
Das Kochfeld sollte mit einem Mindestabstand von 60 mm von der Trennwand oder vom unmittelbar darunter
stehenden Ofen eingebaut werden (siehe Abbildung 4).
Belüftung
Die in Abbildung 4 beschriebenen Belüftungsräume müssen eingeplant werden, nämlich ein Warmluftabzug mit
mindestens 10 mm Höhe an der Vorderseite und entlang der gesamten Breite des Kochfeldes sowie ein Frischlufteinlass
auf der Rückseite.
Sowohl der Frischlufteinlass als auch der Warmluftabzug sind äußerst wichtig für den korrekten und zweckdienlichen
Betrieb des Induktionskochfelds. Sie verlängern die Nutzungsdauer und verhindern Störungen der Vorrichtung.
2.2 Elektrischer Anschluss
Der Anschluss des Geräts an das Stromnetz muss von einer sachkundigen Person durchgeführt werden und die
geltenden Sicherheitsstandards einhalten.
Bevor Sie das Kochfeld anschließen, überprüfen Sie, ob die elektrische Anlage und die Schutzvorrichtung mit den
technischen Eigenschaften des Geräts übereinstimmen.
Überprüfen Sie vor dem elektrischen Anschluss, ob die Heiminstallation und Druckentlastungsvorrichtung die Ladung
des Geräts unterstützen (siehe Typschild des Geräts).
Beim Kochfeldeinbau über einem Ofen muss der elektrische Anschluss beider Geräte getrennt erfolgen, sowohl
um den Ausbau der Geräte zu vereinfachen als auch aus elektrischen Sicherheitsgründen.
Um das Kochfeld an das Stromnetz anzuschließen, ist es notwendig, zwischen dem Gerät und dem Netz einen
omnipolaren Schalter mit einer Mindestöffnung von 3 mm zwischen den Kontakten zu installieren, der für die Ladung
geeignet ist und den geltenden Sicherheitsstandards entspricht.
Der Erdungsleiter, der durch grüne/gelbe Farben gekennzeichnet ist, darf vom Schalter nicht unterbrochen werden.
Die Geräte sind mit Versorgungskabeln ausgestattet und sind so konzipiert, dass sie mit einer Frequenz von 550/60
Hz funktionieren.
Je nach Modell (siehe technisches Datenblatt) kann die Stromversorgung einphasig, zweiphasig oder dreiphasig
sein.
