GROUNDING

Where a ground binding post or a grounding lead is provided on the instrument, it
must be connected to an earth ground

PRIOR

to making any other connections.

WARNING:

To avoid electric shock do not interrupt the connection to the

protective safety ground.

POWER CORD AND FUSES

The power cord must be connected to a grounded supply system with proper
electrical ratings, as indicated on the instrument.

In the case of detachable power cords, only the cord supplied or specified by
Megger should be used.

ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE POWER CORD FROM
THE SUPPLY CIRCUIT BEFORE SERVICING THE
INSTRUMENT OR WHEN REPLACING A FUSE.
