της βάσης στήριξης και των συλλεκτών
Installation Instructions
of the support base and the solar collectors
ΟΔΗΓΙΕΣ ΣυΝΑΡΜΟΛΟΓΗΣΗΣ
Η ίδια βάση στήριξης χρησιμοποιείται για τοποθέτηση σε επίπεδη και
επικλινή επιφάνεια, για συλλέκτες ST 2000 ή ST 2500 .
TOΠOΘETHΣH ΣE EΠIΠEΔH EΠIΦANEIA
Συνδέστε τα ελάσματα Α, Β, C και D, βιδώνοντας σφιχτά μεταξύ τους .
όπως φαίνεται στα σχήματα των επόμενων σελίδων .
Βιδώστε χαλαρά το κάτω έλασμα Ε πάνω στα ελάσματα Β .
Προσοχή:
Το επάνω έλασμα Ε, προσαρμόζεται μετά την τοποθέτηση
του (των) συλλέκτη (ων) .
Αλφαδιάστε τη βάση πάνω στην επίπεδη επιφάνεια και μετά την
τοποθέτηση του (των) συλλέκτη (ων), βιδώστε την με τα ούπα και τα
στριφώνια πάνω στο μπετόν, σύμφωνα με τους ισχύοντες κανονισμούς
της χώρας σας .
ΤΟΠΟΘΕΤΗΣΗ ΣΕ ΚΕΡΑΜΙΔΙΑ
Συνδέστε τα ελάσματα (Α) και (Ε) έτσι ώστε να σχηματίσουν ένα
παραλληλόγραμμο πλαίσιο, στις βάσεις με έναν και τρεις συλλέκτες,
και τα ελάσματα Α και C στη βάση με 2 συλλέκτες όπως φαίνεται στις
παρακάτω σελίδες .
Λυγίστε τα 4 ελάσματα (D) όπως φαίνεται στα σχέδια . Αφαιρέστε τα
κεραμίδια και τοποθετείστε τα λυγισμένα ελάσματα (D) πάνω στα ξύλινα
δοκάρια ή στο μπετόν της οροφής . Βιδώστε σφιχτά το παραλληλόγραμμο
πλαίσιο (Α) + (C) ή (Ε) πάνω στα ελάσματα (D) . Αλφαδιάστε τη βάση και
βιδώστε τα ελάσματα (D) πάνω στα δοκάρια της οροφής όπως φαίνεται
στα σχέδια .
Για την ασφαλή τοποθέτηση της βάσης χρησιμοποιήστε απαραίτητα και
τους μεταλλικούς ιμάντες .
Σηκώστε τα κεραμίδια και περάστε τους μεταλλικούς ιμάντες κάτω από
τα ορίζοντα δοκάρια της σκεπής, και ενώστε τους πάνω στα ελάσματα
C για τη βάση με δύο συλλέκτες ή Ε για τις βάσεις με έναν ή τρεις
συλλέκτες, έτσι ώστε η βάση να μην μπορεί να μετακινηθεί προς καμία
κατεύθυνση .
Βιδώστε τα ελάσματα (Β) πάνω στο παραλληλόγραμμο (Α) + (C) ή
(Ε) . Βεβαιωθείτε ότι τα ελάσματα (Β) είναι σφιχτά βιδωμένα πάνω στις
τρύπες του ελάσματος (Α) . Βιδώστε χαλαρά το κάτω έλασμα Ε ή C,
πάνω στα ελάσματα Β .
Προσοχή:
Το επάνω έλασμα Ε ή C, προσαρμόζεται μετά την τοποθέτηση
του (των) συλλέκτη (ων) .
Τοποθετήστε τον (τους) συλλέκτη (ες) πάνω στην βάση και ασφαλίστε
τους με τα ελάσματα Ε ή C βιδώνοντας τους πάνω στα ελάσματα Β .

:
Oι προδιαγραφες των προιόντων, των εξαρτημάτων του, των υλικών (όπως ηλεκτρικές
αντιστάσεις, θερμοστάτες, βαλβίδες…κτλ) είναι σύμφωνα με τα Eλληνικά και Ευρωπαικά
πρότυπα . Θα πρέπει να βεβαιωθείτε ότι αυτές οι προδιαγραφές είναι συμφωνα με τα προτυπα
και τους κανονισμούς (υδραυλικούς, ηλεκτρικούς , υγιεινής, πολεοδομικούς και άλλους)
που ισχύουν στην χώρα σας . O εισαγωγέας/διανομέας είναι υπεύθυνος για την εισαγωγή,
εμπορευματοποίηση και τοποθέτηση των προιόντων .
Η ΗΛΙOΑΚΜΗ Α .Ε . σε καμμία περίπτωση δεν είναι υπεύθυνη για ζημίες σε τρίτους για
οποιαδήποτε αιτία και λόγο, όπως από λανθασμένη εγκατάσταση των προιόντων και/ή
των εξαρτημάτων τους , μη συμμόρφωση με τα πρότυπα και κανονισμούς (υδραυλικούς,
ηλεκτρικούς, υγιεινής, πολεοδομικούς και άλλους) που ισχύουν στην περιοχή σας . Σε
περιπτωση ελαττωματικού προϊόντος ισχύουν οι οροι της εγγύησης .
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
The same support base is used for both flat and inclined surfaces for the
collector models ST-2000 and ST-2500 .
INSTALLATION ON FLAT SURFACES
Connect the plates A, B, C, and D by screwing them tight to each other
as shown on the illustrations on the following pages .
Loosely screw the bottom plate E onto the plates B .
Attention:
The top plate E is adjusted after the placement of the
collector(s) .
Level the support base on the flat surface . Place the collector(s) on the
support base and then screw it with the moly plugs and the bolts onto
the concrete, according to your country’s regulations .
INSTALLATION ON AN INCLINED SURFACE
Connect the plates (A) and (E) so that to form a rectangular frame, on
the support bases with one and three collectors while
the plates (A) and (C) on the support base with two collectors (as shown
on the following pages) .
Bend the 4 plates (D) as shown in the illustrations . Remove the tiles, and
place the bent plates (D) on the wooden timbers or on the concrete of the
roof . Screw tightly the rectangular frame (A)+(C) or (E) onto the plates
(D) . Level the support base and screw the plates (D) onto the wooden
timbers of the roof as shown in the illustrations . For the safe installation
of the support base you must always use the additional metal straps .
Lift the tiles and pass the metal straps under the horizontal wooden tim-
bers of the roof . Tighten them onto the plates (C) for the support base
with two collectors or to plates (E) for the support bases with one or three
collectors, so that the support base can not move in any direction .
Screw the plates (B) onto the rectangular frame (A) + (C) or (E) . Ensure
that the plates (B) are tightly screwed on the holes of the plate (A) .
Loosely screw the
bottom
plate (E) or (C) onto the plates (B) .
Attention:
the top plate E or C is adjusted after the placement of the
collector(s) .
Place the collector(s) on the support base and secure them with the
plates (E) or (C) and tightly screw them onto the plates (B) .
