Installing the tension crank
Insert the crank handle into the crank and lock into
place with a nut.
Setting up
Prepare the workplace where the tool is to be located. Ensure that there is sufficient free space in order
for the tool to work safely and without problems. The tool is intended for use in enclosed areas and must
be placed securely on a stable surface. Secure the tool firmly to the surface with 4 screws (not included).
Transport
The tool must only be lifted by its frame. Never lift the tool holding the safety devices, adjusting levers or
the sawing table. Never lift the table.
OPERATION
Description
The upper and lower band wheels are protected by a fixed cover and an articulated cover. The
non-cutting parts of the saw blade above the table are protected by a blade guide. The cover above
the upper band wheel locks the guide so that it cannot be opened. The non-cutting parts of the saw
blade below the table are protected by a fixed cover.
The swivelling range of the table is 0° to +45°.
The following types of cuts are possible:
- Longitudinal
- Crosscut
- Diagonal

Curved and irregular cuts

Cuts for dovetails and tenons

Edge cuts for square beams
Start-up
Read all the instructions and safety instructions carefully before use. Do not use the tool unless all the
safety devices are in place.
