3. Set the 90° fence square (sold separately)
between the saw blade (7) and fence (13).
4. Undo the adjusting screws (44) with the
hex key (sold separately), set the fence
(13) to 90° in relation to the saw blade
(7) and tighten the adjusting screws (44)
again.
FINE-ADJUST THE ANGLE FENCE
FOR CROSSCUTTING 90°
(DIAGRAMS 11, 13)
1. Lower the machine head (4) and fix with
the safety pin (30).
2. Fix the saw table (19) in place 0°.
3. Undo the ratchet handle (26) and tilt the
machine head (4) to 0° with the handle
(1).
4. Set the 90° fence square (sold separately)
between the saw blade (7) and saw table
(19).
5. Undo the check nut (37) and adjust the
adjusting screw (35) far enough for the
angle between the saw blade (7) and the
table (19) to be 90°.
6. Tighten the check nut (37) again to fix this
setting.
7. Check the position of the pointer
(24). If necessary the pointer must be
released with a Phillips screwdriver (sold
separately). Now set the angle scale (25)
to 0° and fix the pointer again.
FINE-ADJUST THE ANGLE FENCE
FOR MITRE SAWING 45° TO LEFT
(DIAGRAMS 12-14)
1. Lower the machine head (4) and fix with
the safety pin (30).
2. Fix the saw table (19) in place 0°.
3. Undo the ratchet handle (26) and tilt the
machine head (4) to the left, to 45°,
with the handle (1).

7. The machine head (4) can now be angled
max 45° to the left. After the pointer (24)
is put at the intended angle on the scale
(25) the machine head (4) can be fixed
again with the ratchet handle (26).
8. Do as follows to angle the machine head
to the right at max 45°:
– Angle the machine head (4) about
10° to the left.
– Press in the interlock (9) and hold.
– Swing the machine head (4) to the
right over the 0° line.
– Release the interlock (9) after about
10° on the right side.
– After the pointer (24) is put at the
intended angle on the scale (25) the
machine head (4) must be fixed
again with the ratchet handle (26).
9. If the machine head is to be set to 0° on
the scale (25) again it is not necessary to
press the interlock (9) again.
10. In order for the saw to stand up safely the
adjustable support (17) must be turned
round and adjusted so that the saw is
level and stable.
11. The machine head (4) can be moved
backwards and forwards with the slide
function. To stop the slide function the
guide rails can be fixed in place with the
fixing screws (29).
FINE-ADJUST THE FENCE
(DIAGRAMS 8-10)
1. Lower the machine head (4) and fix with
the safety pin (30).
2. Fix the saw table (19) in place 0°.
