Select a preset bolus you want to edit. If it has been edited, the current
settings will appear.

Choose a bolus type. For a Normal Bolus, set the bolus amount. For an
Extended Bolus, set the bolus amount and duration. For a Combo Bolus,
set the bolus amount, normal/extended percentages and duration.
