13.1.2. Network
The access point of the ZoomBox does not appear in the list
of available networks on the smart device.
•
The access point is switched off.
Switch the access point on again by pressing the
AP button on the ZoomBox.
•
The device was reset and transmits a new SSID.
Connect the smart device with the network of the
new ZoomBox SSID.
•
Your smart device is located outside the range of
the ZoomBox access point.
Move the smart device closer to the ZoomBox.
The screen projection cannot be started in the app.
•
The hardware configuration and Android version of
your smart device do not support screen projection.
•
Your computer does not support Wi-Fi Direct.
Check the information in Section “6. System requi-
rements” on page 20 and read Section “4. About
Miracast” on page 17. Try to set up the connec-
tion again using a suitable device.
•
The entry in the Android system settings of your
smart device differs from that of the native Android
version.
