Use the Welcome Center to understand your PC better and to use it optimally. It will
also serve as an additional source of information for recognizing and removing po-
tential problems.
You can display the Welcome Center as follows, if you had closed it after start-up:
1. Click on

in the program list.

The User account control contributes to the prevention of unauthorized changes to
the PC.
A window with the message that ‘
If you started this action, continue.
’ will appear
as soon as you carry out an unauthorized change.
