• Check whether CEC is enabled. In this case, the menu cannot be opened. This is not
a defect. In some cases, the menu of the device connected via
HDMI2
opens. This
is dependent on the playback device and must be supported accordingly. Further

• Change the input source.
HDR contents are
not played back.

In many cases, it is sensible to reset to the factory settings with subsequent reinstallation.
If cookies are disabled, the home page of the media portal is displayed each time it is called up.
