14.2. Deleting MP3 tracks
You can delete individual or all tracks on the inserted data medium.
14.2.1. Deleting individual tracks
Select the data medium that contains the track that you want to delete using
the
USB/SD
button on the device or the remote control.
If necessary, select the desired track/folder as described in chapters “13.5. Skip/
search” and “Selecting a folder” on page 53.
Start playing back the track by pressing the
button.
Hold down the
INFO
button on the remote control for approx. 3 seconds.
DEL OK
appears on the display to show that the track has been deleted.
14.3. Deleting all tracks
Select the data medium that contains the track that you want to delete using
the
USB/SD
button on the device or the remote control.
If necessary, select the desired track/folder as described in chapters “13.5. Skip/
search” and “Selecting a folder” on page 53.
Hold down the
INFO
button on the remote control for approx. 3 seconds.
DELALLN
will appear on the display.
Select whether all tracks should be deleted. Press
/
to select
YES
or
NO
.
Press the
INFO
button to confirm that you want to delete all tracks on the data
medium.
NOTICE!
All data on the data medium will be deleted if you con-
firm the deletion process with
Y
.
15. End of operation
If you do not need to use the device for a relatively long time, please take it out of
operation.
To do this, unplug the mains cable and take out the batteries.
The device will automatically switch off after 15 minutes of inactivity. You can switch
it on again by pressing the button.
When the device has been switched off, it will continue to consume electricity. In or-
der to switch it off completely, please disconnect the mains plug.
