9. Basic
functions
9.1. Switch device on/off
Switch the device on by pressing the button on the device. The operating
light and the display light up.
The device will automatically switch off after 15 minutes of inactivity.
You can switch it on again by pressing the button.
When the device has been switched off, it will continue to consume electricity. In or-
der to switch it off completely, please disconnect the mains plug.
If you do not need to use the device for a relatively long time, please take it out of
operation. Disconnect the mains plug for this purpose.
9.2. Setting the time
The time can only be set in standby mode.
Press the
MEM/CLK-ADJ
button twice. The display will start to flash.
Press
or
to set the time to 12 or 24-hour format.
Press the
MEM/CLK-ADJ
button again. The hour display begins to flash.
Use
or
to select the desired hour and confirm with
MEM/CLK-ADJ
. The
minutes display begins to flash.
Use
or
to select the desired minutes.
Then confirm your selection by pressing the
MEM/CLK-ADJ
button.
9.3. Automatic
switch-off – SLEEP
You can set a time after which the device will automatically switch into standby
mode. The device needs to be switched on for this.
Press the
SLEEP
button on the remote control repeatedly to set the required
time: 90 minutes > 80 minutes > 70 minutes, etc. down to 10 minutes.
To switch off the SLEEP timer, press
SLEEP
until
OFF
appears on the display.
