Program A-9: Potato gratin
This program uses the microwave and hot air function. Use a heat-resistant,
microwave-safe dish.
− Place the dish with the food in the centre of the turntable.
− Confi rm a quantity of 1200 g.
− Start the program for potato gratin.
If the potato gratin is still underdone or not brown enough after the program, start
another cooking cycle using the grill or microwave function (as described from Page
30).
Program A-10: Rissoles
This program uses the microwave and hot air function. Use heat-resistant,
microwave-safe dishes.
− Place the rissoles on a plate that is suitable for hot air mode. Place the dish in the
centre of the turntable.
− Select setting 3, 4 or 5 depending on the weight of the rissoles (based on a
weight of 125 g for each rissole).
− Start the program for rissoles.
If the rissoles are still underdone after the program, start another cooking cycle using
the grill or microwave function (as described on Page 30 and Page 28).
