The appliance will start the cooking cycle.
After half the time has elapsed, an alert tone will sound. Where
appropriate, open the door and turn the food over to optimise cooking
(see “Interrupt the program” on page 29). Then press the

again to resume the program.
Hot air
In hot air mode, hot air circulates inside the compartment. Hot air is particularly
recommended for preparing casseroles or crispy dishes.
To cook with hot air, proceed as follows:
