PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
An adequate cleaning of the dryer will lengthen its useful life.
It is recommended to carry out the cleaning of the appliance as a minimum once a year, following the next
recommendations:
1. Disconnect the electrical supply to the dryer.
2. Extract the cover of the appliance after having undone both the two lower screws.
3. With a brush with soft bristles, take away the dust accumulated into the structure of the
appliance (base) and in the inner side of the cover.
4. Brush the aspiration area (upper central hole) and take away the dust deposited on the fan
wheel.
5. Carefully remove the dust accumulated in the electronic circuit with the help of a thin brush.
Make sure that no dust or residual dirt is left in the detection sensors.
6. Try that the screen of the IR LEDs (lower cover window) is clean and make sure of its
transparency.
7. Restore the cover once again and switch on the appliance.
8. Run several times the dryer in order to force out the remaining dust.
NOTE: The whole maintenance and cleaning process must be carried out by authorized technical personnel.
