Warranty and Support Information
Warranty
McNeilus Street Smart Parts and Service provides a one-year comprehensive warranty on this product (specific
parts covered).
The cameras, cables, and monitor of this McNeilus Street Smart Parts and Service product are protected for
one year from the original date of purchase from McNeilus Street Smart Parts and Service against defects in
material and workmanship. McNeilus will replace, at McNeilus’s sole discretion and without charge, any camera,
cable, or monitor which under normal and proper use is found to be defective within the effective period of this
warranty. This warranty is void and does not cover product that has been lost or damaged in shipment, subjected
to improper installation, misuse, abuse, tampering, use contrary to operation instructions, or disassembly, repair
or alteration by anyone other than McNeilus or a McNeilus authorized service agent.
All defective camera, cable, or monitor products should be returned to McNeilus, delivery prepaid and insured.
