7.1 Control box functions

Manual (MAN)
Automatic (AUTO)

Emergency stop button. Push to stop. Turn clockwise to reset.

Menu button.
Press once to enter the machine menu.

AUTO/MAN button.
Press to switch between manual and automatic modes.

Rotate forward
(slow/fast)
Press once for slow rotate.
Press twice for fast rotate.
NOTE: to use fast rotate the leading
dispenser must be opened out to
the wrapping position beforehand
When wrapping: used to bypass the
rollers. (Useful for applying extra
plastic to parts of the bale. Only the
satellite dispenser arms rotate)
When not wrapping: used to rotate the
rollers only.
(Useful for repositioning the bale or
pressing plastic tails into the bale)

AUTO START: Automatic cycle start
Resume: Press and hold button to
resume AUTO cycle after film break
or safety arm trip

Rotation rollers inwards - Load bale

Switches between wrapping with two film rolls or one film roll

Switches roller rotation on/off for bale loading
C
Each time this button is pressed, adds one additional revolution of satellite
arms for that bale only.
Also used to reverse the satellite arms if the dispenser reverse option is fitted.
D
Press once to extend the side-tip.
Press twice to retract the side-tip.
Enable/Disable the side-tip arm at the
end of wrapping
The side-tip icon will flash and a direction arrow will show when the side-tip
arm is extending or retracting.
