SEEDER MAT MCK 2500 SX

3.2.2 RPM sensor installation examples

The inductive turbine RPM sensor (and distributor RPM sensor, if present) (see
chapter “General description” on page 7) must be placed opposite a metal reference
having a diameter at least as large as the respective sensor (12 mm) and protruding
from any other metal body by at least 7 mm. The gap between the sensor and its
respective metal reference should be 2 to 3 mm.
The figures below show two different installation examples.
