Backlight
Press key “ D ” to switch on the backlight.
The backlight automatically goes off again after
approx. 2 seconds.
USING THE PULSE COMPUTER
Maximum and minimum heart rate and
average % of MHR.
In pulse mode, keep pressing key “ B ” until MEM
appears in the display.
Press key “ C ” to show the following stored
values in the bottom line of the display:
- HI = maximum heart rate
- LO = minimum heart rate
- AP = average % of MHR
(% of maximum heart rate)
Note:
To delete the stored value for maximum pulse
rate, press and hold down key “
C ” when the
stored value is displayed.
