• Do not try to light any appliance.
• Do not touch any electrical switch; do not use any phone in your b uilding.
• Immediately call your gas supplier from a neigh b or's phone. Follow the gas supplier's
instructions.
• If you cannot reach your gas supplier, call the fire department.
– Installation and service must b e performed b y a qualified installer, service agency, or
the gas supplier.

Clear the room, b uilding, or area of all occupants.

G a s s upplier s recommend that you u s e a ga s detector approved by UL or C S A.

Code, AN S I Z223.1/NFPA 54 or the Canadian Natural G a s and Propane In s tallation Code, C S A B149.1.
The dryer mu s t be electrically grounded in accordance with local code s , or in the ab s ence of local code s , with the National
Electrical Code, AN S I/NFPA 70 or Canadian Electrical Code, C S A C22.1.

the S tate of Ma ss achu s ett s .
■ If u s ing a ball valve, it s hall be a T-handle type.
■ A flexible ga s connector, when u s ed, mu s t not exceed 3 feet.
