For unbalanced use of a balanced input, connect the signal to hot and bridge cold with ground.

The wiring of the headphone output connector is the same as unbalanced stereo input.
BALANCED STEREO INPUT – 5 PIN LEMO
1 = Ground / Shield
2 = LEFT+ (HOT)
3 = LEFT- (COLD)
4 = RIGHT+ (HOT)
5 = RIGHT- (COLD)
Plug Type: LEMO FGG.0B.305.C Bend Relief GMA.0B
Pinning showed from solder side of connector.
Use the left channel for mono cables.
