Note:
If you ordered your N>Trans with bundled software, use your keycode label to register the Luci
software. Please consult the LuciSetup Manual on this subject for more information.
Click the OK button to close LuciSetup.
3.
Start the “Luci” program: <Start> <Programs> <Luci>
For general operating instruction of Luci, please consult the Luci Manual.
Upon detecting an N>Trans card present in the system, Luci displays a gain and volume indicator in the
main screen. If these indicators are not present, Luci has not been enabled for use with N>Trans.
This can happen if you have started Luci before inserting the N>Trans card.
To solve: choose <File> <Exit> and start Luci again from the Start menu.
4.
Put Luci into pre-record mode by pressing the record button once.
5.
To control the gain and volume, use the four arrow keys on your PDA.
Use the up / down control to change the gain volume (-33dB…+31dB)
Use the left / right control to change the headphone volume (-10dB…+6dB)
Tip:
If you need to adjust the gain more than 20dB, consider changing the Pre Amp setting in LuciSetup.
Your setup is now ready to make recordings.
For further information about recording or other tasks such as editing or file transfer, consult the Luci manual.
