During operation, the LED light (

) is
automatically switched on and goes off as
soon as the cordless screwdriver stops.
The LED charge level indicator (
1
) also
lights up as soon as the operating switch
is pressed. For the power tool to have full
power, all three LEDs should be lit. If only
the red LED or no LED at all is lit, the bat-
tery needs to be charged (see “Charging
Up the Battery”).
CLEANING AND STORAGE
Please Note!

All moving parts are mainte-
nance-free. Lubrication is not re-
quired.
■
Do not use any degreasing agents.
■
Do not use any caustic or abrasive
cleaning agents!
These may damage
the surface.
• Do not use any worn bits or drill bits.
• Keep the power tool and accessories
clean. If necessary, wipe with a damp
cloth and then dry.
• Store the power tool out of the reach
of children and animals in a dry, clean,
frost-free place that is protected from
direct sunlight.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the power tool does not work properly,
check whether you are able to rectify the
problem yourself. If the problem cannot
be solved with the steps listed, contact
the customer service department.
Do not attempt to repair a pow-
er tool yourself!
The battery is not charging. / The
red LED does not light up when
the power tool is connected to the
mains power.
The connectors are not inserted in the
respective sockets correctly.

Check the fit of the parts and correct
it if necessary.
The plug socket is defective.

Try another plug socket.
There is no mains voltage.
►
Check the electrical distributor (fuse
box).
The power tool cannot be switched
on.
The battery is too weak.
►
Charge up the battery.
The rotation direction changeover
switch (

) is in the middle position.
►
Set a direction of rotation.
