It's  a  default  route  configured  in  gateway .  It  allows  any  number  from  
source  Port  Group  send call to SIP account  with any prefix.

Add a mobile to VoIP route.It indicates that the calls coming from Port 1 will 

match the prefix ”X.”, ”X.” is a wildcard string which will match any prefix 
except ”anonymous” calls. Meanwhile sending the calls destination SIP 
account  if called number match with destination prefix ”X.”.
