2 .改变内外 压 脚的交 互 运动的 平 衡
( 1)增加 外压脚 ②的提 升 量并减 少 内压脚 ③ 提升量 。
1 )取下上盖 板 上的橡 皮 塞④。
2 )旋转主动 轮 直到内 压 脚③从 针 板上抬 起 。
3 )旋松螺钉 ⑤ 。
4 )将内压脚 向 下调到 接 触针板 ， 再旋紧 螺 钉⑤。
5 )这样,内压脚的 提升量 就 减少一 定 的值， 而 外压脚
的 提 升量则 增 加同样 的 数值。
( 2)与上 面相反 的情况 ， 减少外 压 脚的提 升 量，增 大
内 压 脚提升 量 的调整 如 下：
1 )首先，旋 转 主动轮 直 到外压 脚 抬离针 板 。
2 )旋松螺钉 ⑤ 。
3 )调好后， 旋 紧螺钉 ⑤ 。这样 将 减少外 压 脚的提 升
量.

3 .外压脚的 调 整方法
松 开 调压螺 钉 ⑥和压 杆 导架螺 钉 ⑦。
提 升 压脚扳 手 ⑧时， 上 下调整 压 杆导架 螺 钉⑦。
让 外 压脚⑨ 提 升到离 针 板上面
8 毫 米 的位置 。
调 整 完 后 ， 完 全 拧 紧 压 杆 导 架 螺 钉 ⑦ 。 适 当 调 好 调
压 螺 钉⑥。

Adjusting the auxiliary presser foot
Loosen the presser bar pressure adjustment screw

and the bracket fixing screw

Adjust vertically the bracket fixing screw
⑦
so that the
auxiliary presser foot
⑨
goes up by 8mm from the upper
side of the needle plate when the presser bar lifter

is up.
When the adjustment is finished, fix tightly the bracket
fixing screw
⑦
and adjust adequately the pressure
adjustment screw

2. To change the balance the interactive movement of inner and
outer presser foot
(1) Increase the height of outer presser foot

and decrease
the height of inner presser foot

1) Remove rubber stopper
④
from the upper back cover.
2) Rotate the hand wheel until inner presser foot

lift from the
needle plate.
3) Loosen the screw
⑤.
4) Lower the inner presser foot to the needle plate and tighten
screw
⑤.
5) In this way, the height of the inner presser foot decreased by
a certain value and the outer increased by the same value.
(2) Contrary to the above, to decrease the height of the outer
presser foot and increase the height of the inner presser foot,
the adjustment is as follows:
1) Firstly, rotate the hand wheel until the outer presser foot lifted
from the needle plate.
2) Loosen screw

3) After adjustment, tighten screw

thus decreasing the
height of the outer presser foot.
