4. Handlebar Post, Handlebar Post Cover, and Tension Control Knob Installation
Remove four M8x20 Bolts (47), Four Ø16xØ8x1.2
Washers (27) and four Ø8 Curve Washer (56) from
the Main Frame (1).
Connect the Sensor Wire (22) from the Main Frame
(1) to the Extension Sensor Wire (18) from the
Handlebar Post (4).
Insert the Handlebar Post (4) onto the tube of the
Main Frame (1) and secure with four M8x20 Bolts
(47), Four Ø16xØ8x1.2 Washers (27) and four Ø8
Curve Washer (56) that were removed.
Slide the Handlebar Post Cover (19) onto the
Handlebar Post (4).
Remove the M5x40 Bolt (67) and Ø5 Big Washer
(10) from the Tension Control Knob (14). Remove
bolt with the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver
provided.
Put the cable end of resistance cable of Tension
Control Knob (14) into the spring hook of Tension Cable (15) as shown in drawing A . Pull the
resistance cable of Tension Control Knob (14) up and force it into the gap of metal bracket of
Tension Cable (14) as shown in drawing B. Attach the Tension Control Knob (14) onto the
Handlebar Post (4) with the M5x40 Bolt (67) and Ø5 Big Washer (10) that were removed.
Tighten bolt with the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver provided.
5. Handlebar and Computer support Cover Installation .
Remove two M8x16 Bolts (61) from the Front Post (4). Insert
the Hand Pulse Wires (11) from the Handlebar (4) into the
hole on the Front Post (4) and then pull them out from the top
end of the Front Post (4).
Attach the Handlebar (2) onto the Front Post (4) with two two
M8x16 Bolts (61) that were removed.
Remove four ST4.2x20 screw (30) from the Front Post(4) and
than slide the Computer support Cover I (59) onto the top of
the Handlebar Post (4) with four ST4.2x20 screw(30) that
wewe removed.
