2. Seat Cushion and Seat Sliding Tube Installation
Remove three M8 Nylon Nuts (43) and three
Ø20xØ8x2 Washers (45) from underside of the Seat
Cushion (62).
Then attach the Seat Cushion(62) onto the triangle
plate of Seat Sliding Tube(8) with three M8 Nylon
Nuts (43) and Ø20xØ8x2 Washers (45) that were
removed.
Remove one Ø10xØ20x2 Washer (65) and Seat
Adjustment Knob (66) from underneath of the Seat
Sliding Tube(8) and then attach the Seat Slidiing
Tube(8) onto the Seat Post(3) with one Ø10xØ20x2
Washer (65) and Seat Adjustment Knob (66) that
were removed.
Removed two Screw ST4.2x20 (30) from the Seat Post(3) and then attach the Seat Sliding
Tube adjusting cover (12) onto the Seat Post(3) with two Screw ST4.2x20 (30) .
3. Seat Post and Seat Post Cover Installation
Slide the Seat Post Cover (52) onto the tube of the Main Frame(1).
Insert the Seat Post (3) into the Seat Post Bushing
(21) on the tube of the Main Frame (1) and then
attach the Locking Knob (20) onto the tube of the
Main Frame (1) by turning it in a clockwise direction,
lock the Seat Post (3) in the suitable position.
Adjusting the seat post:
Turn the Locking Knob (20) in a counterclockwise
direction until it can be pulled out.Pull out the Locing
Knob(20)and then slide the Seat Post (3) up or down
directin to the suitable position.Lock the Seat Post (3)
in place by releaseing the Locking Knob (20) and
sliding the Seat Post (3) up or dowm slightly until the
Locking Knob (20) down into the locked position.For
added safety,tighten the Locking Knob (20) in a
clockwise direction.
Note: When adjusting the height of seat post, the maximum insert depth mark line
cannot highter than the edge of the seat post cover.
